IKON at PROMONTORY APARTMENTS

Turner Ceramic Tile partnered with Launch Development on the Ikon at Promontory Apartments, a luxury 150-unit multifamily community in Overland Park, Kansas.

Our team installed more than 25,000 square feet of tile throughout the development, utilizing 14 different tile selections across the clubhouse, amenity spaces, common areas, restrooms, and residential units. The project showcases a wide variety of tile applications, from large-format porcelain flooring and decorative floor inlays to custom feature walls, fireplace surrounds, coffee bars, and amenity area backsplashes.

The clubhouse was designed to provide residents with a premium experience, incorporating several unique tile features including geometric wall tile installations, decorative mosaic backsplashes, patterned floor accents, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace focal point. These elements create a sophisticated environment while highlighting the versatility of tile as both a durable finish and a design feature.

Within the apartment homes, our team installed 4″ x 12″ kitchen backsplash tile and 12″ x 24″ porcelain shower surrounds, providing clean, timeless finishes that complement the modern interior design throughout the community.
