What is Capstone Real Estate Awards?

Capstone awards are giving by a special panel of independent judges. The award honors the best real estate and development projects completed in the Kansas City Metro. Turner Ceramic Tile was fortunate enough to be a part of projects that were awarded this year.

 Projects awarded that Turner Ceramic Tile worked on:

  • Hy-Vee Arena: It was a 39-million-dollar renovation of the former Kemper Arena, which has been turned into a 2-level sports facility.

  • Norman School Lofts: Originally built in 1898 as an elementary school that was restored and renovated into loft apartments. It is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

  • The Grand: Formally known as Traders on Grand, this 57 year old building was converted into 201 luxury apartments with retail and offices.

  • Caffetteria: This restaurant’s name means cafeteria in Italian and is defined as a meeting and gathering place. They are known for their made-from-scratch dishes with a cozy and sophisticated design accented by wood and marble.
